Leading ERP consulting group based in Midrand are seeking ERP Support Consultants to join their team. Your skills and experience are required to be accountable for managing and coordinating resources and processes to
deliver Sage Evolution Software implementation while participating in defining the project deliverables

Key areas of focus will include:
Working together with Divisional Manager (Technical) and Project Leaders to plan and execute implementation projects
Ensuring that appropriate Sage Evolution software and technical specifications are available to deliver implementation projects within realistic timelines
Ensuring that implementation projects remain on target to meet go-live deadlines
Working closely with Technical Manager and Project Leader for understanding the clients’ system functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborating with other Technical team members in defining the department’s vision
Demonstrating leadership abilities to clients with the deployment of Sage Evolution upgrades, enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules from Sage Pastel South Africa
Assisting clients to come up with a software development plan that meets their future needs by proposing additional modules that clients’ might require to streamline their operations
Providing training to clients after implementation phase
Providing post-implementation and hand-holding support to clients in resolving systems & technical issues
· Responsible for providing e-mail and telephonic support to customers
· Performing any other duties assigned from time to time by the company

Matric coupled with relevant tertiary education
Sage Evolution Support experience is essential
Experience with Pastel products is required
PECI advantageous
Own car and valid drivers is essential
Min of 3 - 5 years experience within a similar role is required
