R360 000 per annum CTC (includes Medical Aid, Provident and 13th cheque) + petro card

Our client is looking for a dynamic and dedicated internal Estate Agent to assist in the sale of free hold stands as well as ready-built in already beautifully established estates as well as new developments in Gauteng. Candidates must be currently registered with the EAAB.

What they want:
• NQF4 qualification – NOT NEGOTIABLE
• 4 years residential estate agency experience
• Fidelity Fund Certificate – not negotiable
• Own vehicle is essential
• Good Communication and negotiations skills
• Highly presentable, energetic, flexible
• Complete bilingualism Afrikaans (first language) English (fluent)
• Able to travel to Johannesburg at least twice a week
• Professional Sales Person – Presentable, Energetic, Young and able to handle themselves in a corporate environment
• Must be resident of Pretoria Eastern Suburbs at time of application
