? Minimum 3 years qualification i.e. Engineering, Construction or Quantity Surveying
? Software: Primavera P6

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
? Minimum 5 years proven experience with large projects in an EPCM / EPM/Construction/Engineering
environment would be required.
? Understanding cost of design and ability to estimate cost related to a project or specific activity
? Good understanding of conceptual, capacity factored, mechanical factored and definitive methods.
? Ability to identify project and activates risks from any point of view
? Development of estimating spreadsheet that can cope with the complexity of the project and any
movement in factors, rates, foreign exchange, commodity prices etc.
? Ability to effectively and efficiently manage changes during the course of the project
? Knowledge of basic project management methods and all project lifecycle phases
? Strong administration skills
