We are currently seeking an Estimator for one of our well established clients within the freight & logistics sector.

Requirements:

Knowledge of clearing and forwarding industry, all its service offerings and all commercial
terms.

Relevant Degree or Diploma with a high level of numerical ability.

5 years’ experience in an operational capacity in International Freight.

Responsibilities:


Preparation of accurate and relevant estimates (Air, Ocean & Road Import and Export)

Provide commercial insight through the evaluation of estimate results .

Provide administrative support and back up including the creation and maintenance ofestimate and freight registers.

Generate sales leads

Facilitate and address all inter-branch queries and proactively communicate with stakeholders in respect of rates / estimates.

Ensure that all activities in the area of responsibility are compliant with current legal and company specific regulations.
