EVENT BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hey! We are currently seeking Events Based customer service reps!

The position requires you to fully know our services inside and out (training provided) to be able to help customers make educated decisions about their packages.

We have face-to-face conversations with our clients in Retail environments around Durban. This position is full-time and available in 2015.

In-Training Representatives: This is the position we are hiring for. Full CSR Rep positions only available after training modules COMPLETE. Remuneration discussed during interview.

-85% Customer Service 15% Sales

-Excellent English is mandatory

-Must have some Customer interaction experience. (Retail, promotions, Customer Service, Sales etc)
