Minimum requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years experience in Similar role – Event Management or Co-Oridinator
- Must have an additional 2 Years experience within Call Centre environment
- Looking for a confident, assertive and proactive individual
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Must have a Matric/Grade 12
- South African Citizen
- Must have contactable references
- MS Office Literate
Responsibilities:
Events Logistics:
- Timely venue & Presenter Bookings
- Delegates confirmation & Reminders
- Ordering Manuals
- Assist with registrations on the day
- Certificate printing
- Feedbacks forms
- SETA documents & presenter feedback
- Exam Link distribution
- Collation of Invoices for submission & approval
- Liaison with Printing & Venue suppliers
- Co-Ordinate Training Events: In-House and Public Programmes
- Update records of training events: statistics / trends / event tracking
Website Updates:
- CE Procurement / SCM Training Calendars
- Relating info to SPW web
- Updating ALL web references / calendars
- Outside marketing sources
- Update, schedule and distribute marketing flyers as per training calendar
Customer Service:
- Ensure efficient and professional client liaison / queries/ enquiries / feedback
- Pre-course Confirmations vie mail
- Pre-Course Confirmations via SMS
- Timeous bookings with training venue / accommodations where necessary and printing services & requirements
- Initiate presenter flight plans and schedules for training / accommodation and logistical arrangements
- Continuous improvement in lieu of SRM (Internal & External)
- Collation and managing course material printing Regionally
- Courier Services Liaison; local and into Africa
- Liaise with relevant suppliers in securing efficient and effective delivery of training programmes i.e: printer / travel / caterers / couriers etc
Other duties:
- Additional administration duties to ensure that projects and training are delivered on time.
- Ad-hoc requests – attending workshops
- SPW - assisting as training host and sales support
- Support in securing sound training delivery on a national and into Africa; venue / accommodation / travel e.t.c
- Secure strategic appointments for Sales Manager ie scheduling client visits and meetings
- Assist if and when required at National Conferences for Smart Procurement World ie JHB / CT / DBN / BLOEM (when needed)
- Assist if an when required to facilitate training registration and induction sessions
Salary Structure:
- CTC Package per Month with Benefits R12 000-18 000
