A software company based in Sandton is looking for a young, Excel/Data Entry Assistant to start employment as soon as possible. Preference will be given to NON-BEE Candidates, however not exclusive too.
Salary: R10 000 – R14 000 ( 50% Medical included in the CTC)

Requirements
Matric
Own car + Valid driver’s license
Well-spoken and presentable
Must speak English & Afrikaans very well
Must reside max 30km from Sandton
MUST be a very good Excel user from Moderate to Excellent (This will be tested and asked in interview) Some education in Excel will be an advantage.
Very good overall Computer skills, once again will be tested. Some education will be great.
EXTREMELY GOOD COMMUNICATION – This is very important as they will be speaking to the manufacturers on a daily basis. They MUST MUST speak Afrikaans and English fluently.
Good Administration skills
Reports Skills/Data Skills – Very important. Meticulous with data have some experience on CV.
Good Customer Relations skills

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Will basically receive data on Excel Sheets from companies suppliers/clients and this person will have to distract the data and put it into Reports in the companies Data Model
