Busy 4* Resort / Hotel Drakensberg - KZN.

Have relevant traceable culinary qualifications

4 years Exec Chef experience in a medium sized 4 star Hotel required.

Be fully computer literate and have excellent menu composition skills.

Be able to multi task under pressure and be standard orientated.

It’s imperative that the applicant has strong organizational and leadership skills.

Be able to motivate subordinates and maintain a positive working environment under stressful conditions.

Be highly innovative, methodical and a self motivated individual.

Salary R 19 500 including accommodation.
