Experience in A la Carte, Boma Braais & Buffet meals and presentation

The candidate will be responsible for the entire kitchen and team. He / She should have good communication skills, the ability to deal with constructive criticism and be able to present healthy and innovative contemporary dishes.

Supervision and training of the kitchen staff in line with the Company Standard
