Executive Chef.

Resort Hotel - North Coast KZN.

Be in possession of a valid matric certificate or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Hotel and Banqueting environment

Hotel school or chef’s diploma is essential

Extensive knowledge of Regulation R918 Food Safety Principles

Extensive knowledge on cooking techniques and kitchen operations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent logistical and organizational skills required

Excellent cost controlling and cost management skills required

Ability to maintain good relationships with staff

Must have experience in F&B and banqueting.

Strong emphasis on front of house – smooth talker, good presence

Salary R20 K - R25 K including Company benefits.
