Chef's qualification

Minimum 5  years executive chef experience in a luxury Hotel required.

Maintain the highest level of standards in the preparation of food items,

as well as the service and presentation of food;

Responsible for all kitchens

Strong stock control and budget experience.

Must have a stable work record.

Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Sales Orientated, Honest, Passionate.

Excellent Guest Relation skills

Training of kitchen staff

Team player that can also interact with guests comfortably.

Well organized and creative.

Strong leader with ability to motivate kitchen staff.

Hygiene experience.

Salary R 35 000 including incentives & Accommodation.
