Leadership of business performance management team that involves cross-functional support of business decision making, strategy formulation &
implementation as well as enabling business unit clients to meet their financial key performance indicators (KPI) that are linked to group
strategy. Responsible to assist business units Executive Management Team. Focus on the application of sound financial decision making and
reporting frameworks, with the aim of sound business performance analysis that enable appropriate decision making, improving return on
investment and profitability. To provide the process and tools to effectively coordinate, manage, identify, compile and recommend the
annual capital- and operating budget to top management and interpret, report and advise on results within the period required.

CIMA/ CA (SA)
B.Com Honours/ CTA (NQF level 8) with CIMA or CA (SA). MBA will be an added advantage.
8 Years relevant financial experience in business performance analysis, financial modelling and operating budgeting process, of which 3 years should be
relevant measurement/ tracking and/or business case management experience. At least 3 of the 8 years of experience should be on senior management
level leading a team of corporate finance specialists.
