Exclusive 4* Game Lodge - Magaliesburg.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sous Chef, or 2 years’ experience as Head Chef in a 4 – 5* property.

Chef‘s qualification.
Familiar with all aspects regarding the kitchen.
Passion for food.
Up to date with OHSA legislation & requirements. 
Must be strong in costing and stock control.
Excellent leadership track record.
Good knowledge of disciplinary procedures.
To be fully computer literate.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to train and guide staff in all aspects of the kitchen.
Must be innovative and honest.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
Must have a driver’s license and own transport.

Package offered: 20K negotiable, 3 month probation period.

Med. Aid optional after 3 months and pension compulsory after 3 months.
