At least 5 years’ experience as an Exec Chef in a 5* establishment

Needs to be highly motivated, determined and able to successfully manage the kitchen team.

Proven record of successfully managing food cost as well as maintaining high standards

both in terms of cuisine and in terms of admin

Live-in position. 50% medical aid 6.5% pension.

Salary R20k - R 22K negotiable
