EXECUTIVE CHEF CHOBE
You will manage several food outlets and should have a formal culinary qualification as well as special culinary skills in a game lodge environment – fine dining, buffet, game drive catering, picnics, conference and banqueting (300 pax /day). Must be prepared to work and live in a beautiful remote bush location and resourceful enough to incorporate local ingredients into your menus & cuisine. Good strong kitchen and staff management skills coupled with great communication skills are key requirements. You should have a consistent work record with valid traceable work references (no job hoppers please).
