KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES To ensure that all menus are constantly updated, paying special attention to seasonal availabilityTo ensure that all menus are calculated correctly to obtain maximum gross profitTo ensure that all staff are constantly trained to effect good portion control and pleasing presentation of all dishesTo ensure that all areas under his/her control satisfy the most stringent hygiene requirementsTo ensure that all staff are correctly dressed to satisfy statutory Our client will only consider candidates, who have very stable work histories and have worked in 4*-5* establishments.All applications submitted must contain written proof of employment, supporting documents re training and tertiary education completed and a recent photograph, please.
