A 200 roomed corporate hotel seeks an experienced hotel Executive Chef who has minimum 4 years experience in 4* 150 plus roomed hotels. Duties will include all food production to the current food trends, management of a kitchen. Procurement experience, kitchen stock control and cost control. Candidate must have a passion for food. . Applicant who do not have the above specific corporate or hotel management experience, will not be contacted or communicated with!
