A 4* 120 Roomed resort hotel seeks qualified and experienced chef who is currently the level of Executive Chef or Executive Sous chef to lead a brigade, oversee food production as well as manage the kitchen to a 4 or 5* level. A passionate chef who is aware of all current food trends, using updated skills and utmost creativity. Full and detailed cv required with a head and shoulder photo, as well as the contact emails addresses of last 3 direct superiors, for reference checks.
