We are a small exclusive five star Relais&Chataux game lodge. We are looking for an exec to head up our fine dinning experience. Must have formal education and fine dinning experience. This chef must be able to present to guests and be inovative and creative with his dishes, someone who enjoys having fun with food and is looking to create their own style.
