Prestigious 5* Game Lodge - Waterberg - Limpopo.

Our client is seeking a candidate who is highly committed and has a proven track record.

4 - 5 years Head Chef experience in a 5* Game Lodge required.

The candidate must be up to date with the latest trends in the food industry.

Full control of the Lodge's kitchen.

Responsible for training chefs & implementing kitchen standards

Excellent Communication skills - with guests and fellow staff members

Standard of your work must exceed the standard of the lodge

Excellent organisational ability

Salary R 16000 negotiable including accommodation.
