EXECUTIVE CHEF –: Our client, a large, busy upmarket hotel/resort in Limpopo, is looking to employ a strong Executive Chef. The successful candidate will have sound experience in both ala carte and banqueting, and will be a strong kitchen manager with good people skills.

Minimum requirements:
Matric
Formal culinary qualification
Minimum 5 years as Executive Chef in large full-service hotels

Responsibilities include following:
Menu planning
Cost control & calculations
Stock control and ordering
Ordering and supplier negotiations
Staff management
Staff training
Hygiene control

Salary is R35 000 CTC per month, live-in, negotiable on experience.
