Maintain clean and healthy working environment in which food is prepared to ensure compliance with Health and Safety
Regulations
Ensure clean cooking environment all the time for hygiene purpose
Ensure that dishes are washed in accordance with the stipulated standards

Competent kitchen personnel:
Assist in the development of a system of standards of performance
Create staff training and developments plans
Assist with the implementation of training plans and programs
Guide, council, assist and motivate staff

Managed Stock/Inventory:
Determine the need to stock
Determine available stock
Order new stock
Monitor loss, abuse, breakage and shrinkage of stock
Taking stock at end of each journey and end of month/year
Control loss property process
Menu Planning

Qualifications & Experience :
Diploma in Hotel Management
2 years’ experience
