A vacancy in Rhino Africa's new executive unit exists for a Graphic Designer with the power to recast David's plans and proposals in the form of visual and conceptual art: specifically, designs and presentations that cover the mediums of digital, print and web. As Rhino Africa's executive Graphic Designer, you will produce handiwork that celebrates the beauty of Africa, binding our award-winning vision and purpose together. Across Rhino Africa's variety of luxury brands and CIs, your specific responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Making sure that all of David's creative requirements are met
Seeing David's design work through from concept to execution to craft: in short, ensuring that what he imagines is what you produce
Developing and applying different CIs that fall under Rhino Africa's umbrella of brands
Giving life to everything from webpages to presentations, proposals to documents and events
Designing marketing collateral like client, staff and supplier newsletters
Creating visual prototypes that explain user experiences and project flows to different stakeholders
Generating concepts and interfaces that showcase and apply David's ideas
Brainstorming design ideas with Rhino Africa's management team and working in close collaboration with our Marketing and Web Development departments
REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a designer who:

Possesses a minimum of 3 years of work experience
Is used to (and thrives in) a tight-knit team-based working structure
Can draw on the core components of the Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop; Illustrator; InDesign
Understands the principles of web development (how a design becomes a webpage)
Maintains a keen interest in current trends across design and popular culture
Obsesses about details and deadline deliverables
Has an open mind; an extroverted, outgoing nature; and the natural ability to articulate, simplify, and to use criticism constructively
Takes pride in crafting even the simplest ideas
Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged individuals (PDIs). Please note that we can only consider applications from South African citizens.
