Award winning sfine dining restaurant seeks an exp (5-7yrs) top calibre Exec/Head Chef to run this busy kitchen. Ess – must have previous exp in seafood/sushi or fine dining cheffing, costings, staff management, and menu planning, able to work under pressure. Must have own transport and able to work shifts.
