A strong-minded, feisty, experienced Sous Chef is needed for a busy 4-star conferencing hotel in Pretoria. We are looking for a candidate with strong kitchen management skills to be 2IC here, as well as someone who can cook up a storm...The successful candidate will have a matric certificate, a formal culinary qualification and at least 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef in the kitchen of a full service hotel or commercial kitchen.
