Our position is based in DURBAN.

Our business was established in 1994, and we have been successfully operating for 22 years. We are an authorised financial services provider and deal directly with selling insurance and banking products. We are currently looking for sales consultants due to our rapid growth in the financial industry. Our primary aim is to promote you into a leadership position. In saying, we are looking to recruit qualified professionals that are interested in starting as a sales consultant but developing and progressing into a franchise owner.
Some of your responsibilities will include-
• Placing calls to consumers to sell products or services
• Your calls will include cold calling, however you will work off leads
• Your communication skills need to be immaculate and you will need to know how to communicate with customers
• Great organisational skills are highly important as this is afast-paced environment
You will need to have
• NQF level 4 and higher
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Required language proficiency
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
• Some experience in a call centre or customer service environment
• Good data entry and typing skills
