Responsibilities:
Excellent customer focus and ability - Excellent English verbal and written communications skills.
Handle all queries and issues in a professional manner, showing respect for colleagues and client.
Submit quotations per email.
Offer technical advice - working towards expanding customer base and up-selling.

Skills and requirements:
Matriculated.
Previous experience/ knowledge of parts and consumables of at least 2 to 3 years.
Product application and knowledge, including ability to read manufacturers catalogues.
ACCPAC - Service Manager experience would be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to be resourceful and pro-active
Excellent organisational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize.
Client centric.
Excellent telephone manner
