Well established Telecommunications and IT company is urgently seeking an experienced Telesales agent

Minimum requirements
Matric
2- 3 years experience in an outbound cold calling environment (b2b or b2c)
Computer literate
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft office group of programs
Fluent in English - read, write and speak
Fluency in Afrikaans is beneficial but not required
Own reliable transport

Other abilities
Ambitious go getter with full ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong ability to multitask and keep track of multiple items
Previous experience in office admin is beneficial

Duties
Cold calling businesses off provided database promoting the companies products and setting up appointments for sales staff
Assisting with the compiling of quotes
Following up on quotes delivered
Handling incoming emails and calls and resolving queries where possible
Office administration - filing, etc
