3. Scope of work/supply

? Perform installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting of Business Objects implementation in a shared environment
? Participate in and contribute to the implementation of best industry practices for Business Objects tool set
? Contribute to architecture and capacity planning activities
? Conduct performance tuning and capacity management
? Implement patches and other day-to-day Business Objects administration task
? Work with IT and business users to resolve support and technical incidents
? Contribute to coordination and planning of Business Objects related activities
? Provide off-hours and weekend support as and when required
? Tuning of Business Objects reports

? Database health monitoring
? Log monitoring in scheduled manner


Requirement
Three year qualification or five years IT experience
Three years application of skills required and experience
Expert knowledge on required skills
Good understanding of the ETL process
