Minimum Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in Commercial, Marketing or Business Management
• 5 to 10 years relevant experience
• Needs to be able to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese or French
• Optical industry knowledge a distinct advantage.
• Proven track record in succesful sales strategy execution
• Be able to travel extensively
• Detail orientated but also able to focus on broader business issues and trends.
• Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team.
• Front Line leadership experience advantage

• Develop distribution footprint for orgination within Sub-Saharan Africa by delivering results in sales and profits
• Negotiate contracts with foreign sales and distribution Customers
• Directing cross-border logistics to ensure efficient operations.
• Expedite import-export arrangements and maintain current Company information on export markets.
• Achieving annual sales target
• Ensure payment terms and control on-time shipping
• Manage profitability
• Grow Customer database
• Brand Management
• Productivity by Customer, Distribution management, Trade Marketing execution
