Job Description:
Job Purpose
Responsible for the coordination of sample glass to be development. The role encompasses the control and maintenance of the export product range in all facets. controls the customer complaints from start to finish. Manages and maintains the export product catalogue. Coordinates between the customer , quality and warehouse in relation to any customer complaints and processes the credit notes.

Objectives:
To ensure ARG and export KIVs are routed and completed by ensuring profitabilities on target are completed with MIT team at Belron to support decision making on price variations on wether development will be continued.
Maintain NPD Database and communicate prices to customers and communicate prices monthly. Completes the process with the supplier from getting sample, exporting

Quality Coordinate all
Responsible for coordinating with the customer, the procurement of an OEM sample for development and this includes the shipment and negotiate to insure we get the lowest shipment price in line with set shipment targets.

Responsible for export product range and liaises with master data coordinator to ensure that the master data and KIV (By maintaining the catalogue any sap amendmenyts and additions are correctly followed through.)( to ensure that
Customer contact person for any product related enquiries for addressing any product related queries within 24 hours of receipt of enquiry. Investing query and getting back to customers, make amendments or escalate it. give timous feedback in regards to query.
Responsible for maintaining the export product catalogue as well as SAP master Data.
Update and maintain export database (Marketing bible) recreate it item and stock file on a weekly bases ensuring data is captured correctly. (Source file for any export related matter marketing ) minifacets of the part to support decision making especially with regards with the parts.
Build a relationship and interacts with customer e.g Belron and guardian so as to establish SX as a major supplier regarding product range and customer complaints increase growth and efficiently dealing with customer queries.

Drive quality department for feedback, keep customer constantly in the loop. receives customer request, evaluate it and establish if there is sufficient evidence, communicate with customer via email, completed on SAP and email customer credit note, drive CPAR turnaround time and actions. Part blocking of part on system coordinates with quality department and feedbacks to customer for any problems. Ensuring that it is packed and delivered to customer timeously and get competitive quotes.
