Our client in Paarl is looking for an Exports Coordinator to join their team:

Key Requirements:

• Export knowledge
• QX system knowledge an advantage
• Export document knowledge required
• Attention to detail
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet time lines
Key Outputs:
- Check and confirm shipping documents with freight forwarder and customer
- Coordinate pick up and courier of original shipping documents
- Communicate with customers regarding shipments
- Update customer loading schedule
- Maintain and update document data base information for responsible customer base
- Monitor stock levels and planned shipments for each of the customers
- Maintain shipping files per vessel per customer
- Verify and capture mates receipts
- Handel customer queries and issues
- Track and trace vessel movements
- General filing and administrative duties
