RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced EXPORT SALES MANAGER for a large national concern – position based in the Pinetown area.


REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license preferably an international driver license.
Tertiary qualification in a commercial discipline will be an added advantage, eg BCom, IMM, Export Trading, especially INCOTERMS.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). CRM package experience.
Home language must be English / Afrikaans, other languages such as French/Portuguese will be an added advantage.
5 years of success in developing distributors of commercial products globally but more specifically Africa.
Person will be responsible for identifying, canvasing and developing distributors in identified countries. Reports to the Sales Manager. Developing and expanding. Extensive international travel. The role will be supported by the office based export sales co-ordinator.
Strong negotiation skills, an agile mind in deal building, great relationship building and maintenance skills.
Impeccable telephonic and emailing skills.
Required to work overtime when required.
Must be willing to spend extended periods away from home base.
Tenacious and energetic in his/her approach.
Full product/sales training and support provided.


Salary package offered: - Basic salary + cellphone + laptop
