A position exists for a strong character with excellent communication skills, who can handle pressure and resolve problems independently.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • Two years administration experience
  • Experience in a purchasing environment advantageous
  • Qualification in Supply Chain Management advantageous

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

  • Senior Certificate / Grade 12

  • Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of AX system advantageous

PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:

  • Responsible for all buy-out orders placed with suppliers and ensuring prompt and timeous delivery

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Ensuring timeous stock picks, invoicing & receipting
  • Weekly stock reports
  • Tracking of orders
  • Liaising with logistics: collections and deliveries
  • Transferring of stock in the Exports company between the warehouse
  • Off-site receipting
  • Supplier Claims
  • Creditors queries
