POSITION: External Marketing Reps x3
TYPE: 3 month fixed duration contract to start February 2015
LOCATION: Linbro Park, Sandton
SALARY: R12k with additional incentive earnings based on targets and R3k travel allowance

National organisation that specialises in IT and Office Equipment, needs 3 hard-core External Sales/Marketing Reps for a 3 month contract starting February 2015. Project objective is to drive sales for a new-to-market printing solution. The position is in Linbro Park (Sandton). Must have matric, at least 2 years’ external sales/new business development experience and own reliable car. Salary is R12k with additional incentive earnings based on targets and R3k travel allowance.

Requirements:
• Minimum matric qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ external sales/new business development experience
• Full understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office products
• Must have own reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Excellent English communication skills

Role:
• The objective of these External Marketers is to have face-to-face meetings with key decision makers inside the SMME business to introduce them to the printing solutions and their benefits and from there to make sure they attend the client’s product function.
• Initially these Marketers are to start by cold calling the various business parks to generate some interest in these products and ultimately they will start to attend meetings set up for them by the Telesales team.
• Daily Excel report to be produced detailing name, company, address, email and number of persons contacted plus details of their interest. These reports to be given to the client on a monthly basis or whenever requested.
