External Sales rep

Fantastic opportunity to join an established retail concern and call on existing and new clients to sell their range of boards and related products. Previous experience selling various types of boards/wood plus external sales essential. A valid drivers licence plus own transport essential.

Applicants should possess the following minimum skills and competencies:
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
• Previous external sales experience will be an advantage
• Credit clear
• Crim clear
• Valid driver’s license and own transport required
• Good interpersonal and people skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Must be willing to travel

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Achieving sales and gross profit targets
• Assist with stock-take’s and preparation thereof
• Assist with ensuring stock availability
• Follow and operate within company, division and group systems, policies and procedures
• Able to manage debtors accounts
• Resolving customer queries effectively
