Our client is looking for an experienced External Sales Representative to sell the service they deliver to existing clients, but mostly develop new business.

Please note: Our client is NOT looking for a vehicle sales executive.

Your clients include commercial and passenger workshops in the following industries:
• Construction
• Transport & Logistics
• Truck rental
• Earth moving & cranes
• Franchise dealerships
• Private commercial workshops
• Private companies with fleet vehicles
Package on offer: R10 000 - R12 000 basic + R3500 car allowance + fuel + 55% company contribution to provident fund + 5% commission on sales (turnover not GP).
Requirements:
• Previous sales rep / business developer / account manager experience selling a service to clients - NOT products. This is the most important selection criteria for the client.
• Previous experience in the motor industry calling on above mentioned clients perhaps selling aftermarket parts, gearboxes, diffs, propshafts, brakes, engines etc.
• Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• Valid drivers license with no endorsements
• Existing database of clients.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish relationships with clients.
• Friendly personality and warm characteristics and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
