experience in 4* Game Lodge / Boutique Hotels required.

Strong on conference, wedding & banqueting.

Strong leadership abilities - lead by example.
Excellent Guest & Staff Relations skills required.
Strong Managerial abilities.
Manage the entire Food & Beverage department.

Salary R 16000.00 including House.
