F&B MANAGER – HAZYVIEW

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience as F&B Manager

MAIN DUTIES:

·         Running of restaurant and busy conference resort

·         Plan forecast beverage and food prices

·         Ensure that beverage costings are correct

·         Daily cleanliness of F&B department

·         All aspects relates to staff, rosters, uniform, leave, discipline, training, time books, issuing, etc

·         Performance appraisals

·         Written instructions

·         Storeroom duties, receiving, issue, cleanliness, par level, fridge temperatures, stock take – Policies and Procedures

·         Health and hygiene – pest control

·         Dealing with suppliers

·         Guest’s feedback and satisfaction

·         Coordinating of functions

·         Preventative maintenance daily

·         Menus – create, cost and change monthly

·         All aspects of weddings and functions from planning to execution

SALARY PACKAGE:

·         R17,000 + Accommodation
