A 60 Roomed game lodge with buffet restaurant and conference facilities seeks an experienced F&B manager with minimum 4 years experience as F&B Manager in 4-5* hotels or game lodge operations with over 50 rooms. Must be strong on menu compilation, costings and control. A disciplined and on the floor f&b manager required who holds a formal qualification in hospitality or f&b management . Own transport and drivers licence essential. Applicants who do not have the above specific hotel or game lodge management experience, will not be contacted or communicated with!
