Main purpose of the Job:
The purpose of this role is to learn how to train and develop people within a sales environment. You will then learn how to build and lead an office within the business model in line with the national growth strategy.

Minimum Requirements:
Min 5 years in a sales orientated role, preferably a direct sales environment
Min 2 years experience in a training role
Self starter
Must have led a team of minimum 5 people within a sales environment
Minimum of a Matric, Tertiary qualification in business or marketing is advantageous
Competencies:
Personal and team planning and organising
Ability to learn simple concepts quickly
Works very well under pressure and can deliver results
Must display high levels of desire to grow
Good interpersonal people skills and can present training and products in a professional manner

Key performance areas:
Assist with development of new sales material
Provide training and skills development to junior agents
Learn to run sales training sessions and meetings
Recruit new talent
Setting and achieving individual and team goals in line with broader business strategy
We are looking for four individuals to train into higher level leadership levels within the training and development area of our business.

Salary : Market related plus commission
