Established Company is looking to employ a Facilities Manager to be responsible for security infrastructure/services, vendor and Contract Management, SLA reporting, project management and must have a sound knowledge of architectural drawings and layouts, OHAS and related acts/regulations is essential.

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - 3 year degree/NQF Level 5/6
Must have 8-10 years’ work experience in a corporate office/facilities environment
3 years management/supervisory experience in a facilities environment
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract management, service level agreements and financial budgeting.
The ideal candidate will be an assertive professional with strong administration and financial/budgeting skills and a sound financial and business acumen.
