Facilities Manger ensures that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable working environment is attained for its employees and the activities.The facilities manager is involved in both strategic planning and day to day operations and is accountable for services such as cleaning services, security services, maintenance,waste disposal, catering & vending, procurement & contract management, space management, utilities, safety, heating and parking, to ensure that the environment is in a suitable condition to work. These services are provided not only to the relevant corporate buildings but also to restaurants.

Will be reporting to Real Estate Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
-Stakeholder Management
-Management of Contractors and Service Providers
-Risk & Compliance
-Change Management
-Space Utilisation
-Building Maintenance
-General Maintenance
-Financial

Education,Knowledge and Experience:
-Tertiary qualification relevant to Facilities Management.
-Minimum of 5 years strong Facilities Management experience.
-Track record of successful leadership in driving people , projects, and change management.
-Ability to be effective both strategically and operationally.
-Knowledge of Contracts management is preferred.

Other Requirements:
-Driver's Licence -Code 08
-Own transport
-Knowledge of the following legislation: OHSA. BBBEE, PFMA, PPPFA
