Job Description
The Supervisor, Facillities will be responsible for both Johannesburg and Cape Town office locations.

Resonsibliites include:

• Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
• Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labour, materials and other related costs.
• Manages service agreements and responsible for tendering process for all facilities related activities.
• Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.
• Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion.
• Will have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Supervises cleaning staff including appraisals.
• Travel between the locations will be required.

 
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Understand, Adhere and Enforce all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
• Develops short & long range facility plans while maintaining relationships with Business Units, recommending & facilitating workplace solutions to meet their requirements.
• Executes facility construction, remodel/renovations & reconfiguration projects and moves.
• Directs facility activities pertaining to research, development & implementation of work space & furniture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years related experience.
• Own transport and valid driver's license
• South African Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
