The Cape Town Wine Company, located in the Durbanville wine valley, currently has the above mentioned opportunity for an independant, loyal, hard working and passionate young farmer. The ideal candidate has a relevant tertiary qualification in viticultulture and 3-5 years experience in farming wine grapes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Plantings * pruning programmes * suckering * irrigation * pest & disease control * weed management * harvest preparation * budget management * maintenance management * staff management and all relevant administrative and ad hoc tasks that might be required of such a position.
