R 8500 – R 10 000 pm Negotiable + Incentives on Performance (Sales)
Well Established Fast Food Outlet is looking for a Passionate Business Orientated Kitchen Outlet Manager / Catering Manager to drive and build the business to a success. This Position is ideally looking for a Halaal Chef Manager but everybody Welcome to apply.
Hours of Work 06:30 – 06:30 Monday to Friday (No Weekends).

Min Requirements
•Matric
•Relevant Hospitality Diploma / Certificate an Advantage but not Essential
•3-5 + Years Relevant Experience in a Fast Food / Restaurant Catering Environment
•3-5 Years’ Experience in Building up a Fast Food Outlet to a success – proven track record.
•Car & Driver’s License
Job Description

•Fast Food Take Away environment – Needs to Manage the Daily Operation of the entire shop – Kitchen and Front of House – All Rounder.
•Needs to Design, Implement and Manage a Halaal Menu (Including Rules and Regulations)
•Store Marketing and Advertising, assisting the owner to get the business more noticeable
•Designing and Distributing of Business Pamphlets and Specials in the Area
•Sales – Drive Sales and Targets of the store to ensure growth and performance
•Menu Design and Planning (Outlet Menu, Halaal Menu, Special Menu and Functions Menu)
•Designing and implementing New Menu Items, Specials and Functions,
•Manage All Deliveries to Clients in the surrounding Area.
•Need to be able to handle Cash and Cash ups of Cashiers / Waiters
•Needs to manage staff during shifts (Small Amount of staff)
•Needs to be an All - Rounder – Handle Pressure and Demand
•Stock Control – Ordering, Receiving and Invoice Filling
•Supplier Experience – Dealing with Suppliers, checking Invoices and Orders
•Open and Close of the store
•Deal with All Maintenance of store and Equipment
•HR Experience in Discipline of Outlet Staff
•Staff Training and Development
•Staff Roistering, management and placement
•Need to manage all Hygiene aspects of the Food and Outlet.
•Handle Customer Complaints Professionally.
