FEMALE EXTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

SALARY : R13 125 BASIC AND R 2 500 TRAVEL ALLOWANCE + COMMISSION.
CELLULAR ALLOWANCE: CELL PHONE SUPPLIED, R450.00 ALLOWANCE ( SMART L PACKAGE ), ANYTHING ABOVE THAT IS FOR OWN ACCOUNT.
MONDAY – FRIDAY 8H00 TO 16H30

COMMISSION SCHEME: Commission is effective once the rep has reached the target of R30 000 per month. A commission of 30% on sales will be applicable for any sales achieved over and above the R30 000.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Previous External Sales related experience (Business to Business )
Must have proven track record in reaching targets and generating sales
Must have a good reliable vehicle, preferably air conditioning.
Experienced “hard sale” sales person with good track record.
Stable background. With clear personal goals.
Good health.
Professional demeanour and well-groomed appearance.
Team player.
Have the company’s interests at heart and be prepared to embrace change and company growth.
Have a passion for sales.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Own prospecting for new business (Leads are given form time to time)
No designated sales area, free to sell anywhere in JHB.
Closing of deals to meet a set target - on a monthly basis.
Script writing for new clients - on hold only
Fragrance selection for new clients - Scent marketing.
Music assistance on playlist - Mood music.
Own administration.
Work from a CRM program.
General assistance to existing clients should the need arise.
Will have full support from a service team regarding installations and maintenance of accounts.
