FIBRE PLANNER

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, upgrade and maintaining optic fibre
• Fault finding on the fibre network and localize the fault
• Termination and splicing of fibre in the equipment
• Carry out preventative maintenance complying with required technical standards as per SLA
• Liaise with and consult clients, sub-ordinates, contract suppliers, technical specialist and management as necessary in planning and implementing work
• Ensure the optimum service is provided to the client
• Acquire and maintain technical documentation and records for all equipment in the section
• Report regular to the technical Manager on activities, responsibilities and objectives
