Job Description:
We are searching for a Retail Executive with Freight and Logistic industry background to be responsible to identify, develop and maintain the Retail Partnerships
What we are looking for: An individual that has a keen interest in business as a whole with solid background in courier services
Responsibilities
• Identify, develop and maintain the Retail Partnerships within their assigned Geographical Territory to achieve Revenue, Shipment and Footprint objectives
• Responsible for the effective management, including the education, product training, brand awareness, promotions, signage and visibility
• Compliance with Policies, procedures and guidelines, of the Retail Partners / 3rd party representatives of the Brand
• Maintenance of the existing client base - to be done on a call cycle
• Work closely with Customer Services, Operations, Finance to support and ensure that all clients are serviced according to SLA

Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• 3 years previous experience in Field Sales – within Freight and Logistics is a MUST
• Drive to achieve
• Previous experience in the customer services environment
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels
• Excellent communication skills – written / verbal
• Good business writing skills
• Valid driver’s licence without endorsement
• Good information seeking /analytical ability
• Own transport
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Ability to work in a team
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of key issues
• Above average time and diary management
• Above average planning ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Above average self-motivation
• Previous courier industry experience
• Previous experience in the Customer Service environment

• Prepared to work extra hours
