We obviously need you to have some achievements under your belt already:

PSIRA registered Grade A
Valid Driver’s license (older than 2years)
Computer literacy essential (MS Office, Outlook)
Supervisory experience - minimum 2 – 5 years management experience
Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
Main duties and responsibilities will include:

Managing the day-to-day site operational requirements
Planning of manpower as per site requirements
Ensure that security officers are posted on time as per client requirements
Monitor performance of direct guards and take corrective action where necessary.
Ensure that immediate superior is kept informed of all incidents
Ensure high level of customer service on all sites
Evaluate job knowledge regularly and conduct on-the-job training sessions where required
Conduct daily site visits as per SLA requirements
Liaising with Clients on a daily basis
